Friday I'm doing a 12 hour shift, same as today so I will see her during that. I've already forgot the taxi service she told me to get so I'll ask her about that and then ask her for a coffee, if unavailable I'll get her number and tell her to add me on facebook as I never really go on it.

Bus into work today there a was a girl I made eye contact and a smile as she got on the bus. She sat on the chair infront of me and turned 90 degree angle; I assumed it was so that we could talk. She started messing around with her nails and they were painted up pritty amazingly. I talked to her about her nails to begin with and then about christmas and presents.
Went well. Noticing a lot of the hints girls give out now and with most, I'm taking action.


Work today 1 of the guys said "I heard your antics on the night out". Not sure what was meant by that but I can only assume it has something to do with me giving the plastic ring to Amy. She also said to me yesterday, when I told her about me wanting a trip to Canada/USA, that she thought I'd told her about that at the party and that we'd had a good chat about a few things but she can't remember fully. When I know we didn't. Maybe she's rationalizing that as when we talked and when I gave her the plastic ring the first time. I've also somehow befriended her best friends at work, like that scout out thing girls do for one another.

Apparently there's 3 girls that like me at work AND I've got 1 girl, who was a little bit of a Grinch, to participate in my xmas hat challenge. Also 4 hours of been a manager today, love it, awesome.

Hat a random girl come over to me today with her friend and grabbed hold of my Reindeer hat by the snout and then squeezed its red nose. She wanted to know where I got it from and we had a 10 minute conversation, which was cool and a welcome break to the on slaught of the xmas period.

On the bus I got talking to a guy and a young girl from Essex, thought interacting with 2 people on the bus will help me effectively with 2 sets on nights out. Got into it so much I nearly missed my stop.

2 older women at the bus stop. I talked to them for 10 mines whilst waiting for the exceptionally late bus. Not many topics, mainly the late bus and having a laugh at 1 of the girls on her first bus ride.

Talked to 3 chavvy lads at the bus stop, normally I wouldn't but I wanted to just talk and have a laugh because I felt like I should.


I've found that its easy to talk to people and its becoming a normal part of my day; like something I should be doing. My job in retail has really helped me to become a lot more comfortable approaching and talking to people.

Personally, I think these last few weeks are the start of something big.

It's cool dude. Just don't forget to get some chicks into your world and fuck them. I'm saying this because a lot of similar things happened to me but in the end it didn't turn into what I wanted...sex with hot girls. Don't miss out on these opportunities. Start closing the deals, no matter how uncomfortable it might feel at the time, you'll be surprised what you will get if you go for what you want.

She came into the staff room at the later end of my break, sat on our table and made a few trips around to do some stuff; whatever that may be. In the mean time, I was having a laugh with the managers and co's, mainly abaout christmas and the general chaos that is the food hall. Had a chat with her for a little while until I had to go back to work.

Noticed her walking around the general area I was in quite a lot in the food hall. I had a spare of the moment thought about getting a lift so when she was walking past 1 time towards the end of our shifts I siad "I'm gonna be really really really cheaky... (I could see her react in a possitivly) Can you give me a lift into town?". She gladly agreed before asking me if we finish at the same time. Then I could see that she was quite happy and she went straight over to some of the girls she was working with.

In the locker room she grabbed her bag and 1 of the girls she was working with said to her in a giggly way " text me as soon as you get home". Quite obvious that she'd told her that she was giving me a lift and, well you know what girls are like; the friends want to know everything the moment it happens.

Whilst walking out she apologised a lot for the mess of her car but when I got in it was near enough imaculate. We talked about cars, makes and stuff about the cars her parents have owned, then onto family stuff and what they're like, her dancing antics which she is helping out with the coaching and going to her groups competitions, then about football which I used to coach, the team her and her family support and then the famous footballers who come into store and who she's had pictures with. I also served Stewart Downing a few days ago. She then asked me what part of town I needed to go to and it was past the road her house is on so I told her I'd get out on the main road just before her road but she refused and wanted to take me to exactly where I needed to be, so that was really nice of her. We told each other the next time were working and that she'll tell me how the dance weekend goes and the name of the footballer she was trying to remember.

We never shut up talking for 20 minutes solid. Think its all pointing to 1 obvious fact.

I'm concerned that you're developing oneitis over this one girl. She has been nice to you and you both had a great interaction. But don't start investing in her too much yet. You're reading a lot into things that might not mean much. I'm talking from experience. If you want her, then treat her exactly the same way as you would any girl you just met that you wanted to pick up.

She might like you at this point but you don't want to drive her away by thinking and conveying to her that: 1) it's a forgone conclusion that you'll be fucking her or 2) she has something special that other girls couldn't give you just as good.

Going from what you described I would let her do the running and chase you. When a woman get's in chase mode you have to let them play that role. If you act all eager it could kill the tension for her. I'm guessing here but I think that's what's going on.

Totally understand what your saying. I have about 3 other girls who like me and I give them and also other staff attention whilst also flirt with some of the female customers my age. Whilst also going out and talking to others outside of working hours.

I do like her, maybe developing oneitis but I'm also engaging and flirting with other girls. I think she expected me to chase her on the night out but I didn't, that's probably why at work the morning after she was wanting to talk to me quite a lot. I got talking to loads of other girls and spoke to her once, yet she was under the assumption we talked loads on the night out.

I'm also going on another night out with 2 of the other girls and Jack, 1 of my managers. Yes, I do have times where it feels and I act like its a oneitis but in reality, I'm very much active.

I really think you've got it right there. I feel, for some reason, that closing is the end of the conversation and, me being me, I like to keep the conversation going for a long time. I love talking. But I genuinely hate texting and sexting and shit.

I need to come to see it, as you say, as way to extend the conversation.

This, at the minute, is my biggest sticking point to overcome.
