To be honest, I started training 5 years ago, I was married then. I didnt train to pick up women but more because one morning I woke up and saw my gut sticking out beyond my chest. I joined a gym that evening and never look back since. Now my chest is way beyond my gut lol...!!

Facial deformity... Funny thing is it doesn't have to get you down, or even make you look that bad at all. Style, a bit of grooming and a decent haircut are all that's necessary to make most people look pretty damn good compared to their previous dog eared effortless selves.

Throw confidence, understanding of social interactions and a bit of wit on top of that and you've got someone who's going to have success. Obviously the example is hit and miss though, he did decide to take up a job as a fitness instructor and get very fit himself. He's got a great body. I think it really shows the argument for both sides though.

no, right let me clarify

from my view, here are the 2 arguments, this annoys me its even argued

argument 1. (my point)

Looking good greatly increases your chances of gettin the girl u want, even will have girls want you just for sex, and makes interaction easier. This tied in with a good social knowledge means u should pretty much wipe the floor with competition now matter how big their hat is.

Argument 2.

Looking good doesnt matter, you can do the exact same and pull all the same women with magic words, as long as you say & do all the right things (this crap has been pushed by ever PUA salesman ever)

Argument 3.

It isnt the body that attracts women, its how confident u are. because of it.. women dont like nice bodys & well dressed men, just the aura it creates.

(this is mental wank i was always as confident as i am now, never got the same attention, so i am proof this is crap)


its clear that u can get women without looking the best, but u always need to be well presented ALWAYS..

and in the few instances where it happens, it wasnt by approach it was over a period of time, maybe social circles

Being an interesting/funny/confident/socially awesome person will make you attractive to girls.

Being in good shape, looking after your health, and taking pride in your appearance will make you attractive to girls.

I can't see how this can be argued... but I'm sure I'll be proved wrong.
