id suggest, go for 20 mins a day, start by doing basic stuff like
work chest 4/5 sets on the bench nothin too heavy 10k a side
then just keep it simple for a month, once exercise 4 or 5 times and look online for simple exercises..
once u have done this for a month ur body will want more...
so u can start askin guys in the gym about mixin it up, start adding weights changin routine look online..
most people jump str8 in & this is no good as it is too hard too quick..
get in your comfort zone for a month, just gettin in the gym regularly, not really to work too hard just to make it a routine in your mind,
nice light workouts
then as you progress you can add more in your own time & learn.
i went from about 3 month ago liftin 55 - 60 k to over 100 bench now& thats just from keeping my weight so i dont injure myself in my own time
dont try liftin just coz u wanna look like ur strong, lift whatever ur comfortable with
