Ok Guys i have been tryin somethin and it is getting easier & easier with time....
a clear cut way to get girls to approach you... im not messin ok basically since i been doin this ive had a fair few girls cum up and talk to me & they NEVER do that! it doesnt happen.. So.... what do u do???? its simple really, next time ur eating a big mac.... stop & go the gym instead Thats how easy it is... coz i was an advocate of good looks before i was in shape.. NEVER DREAMED of the reaction i would get... girls walkin up to me feeling my triceps... WTF so fuck learining to approach & all the AA.... and readin books about how to get rid.. just make the girls come to u! Now a word from our negative anti good looks sponsors! |
To be fair I hear this argument so many times I'm not disagreeing with the gym of course you'd be mad not to pump up (a bit) and get fit but although looks are never high on a womans shopping list, quite a few women are not into muscled guys.

What do you propose to do in the gym to "get in shape" out of curiosity, as I'm just starting out in the gym

That would involve a lot of effort, hard work and self control every day. You would have to give up things you really like doing and start doing things you don't like doing and to keep on doing them for a very very long time.
You can see why It's not popular can't you? Now where's that magic pill salesman. |

work chest 4/5 sets on the bench nothin too heavy 10k a side then just keep it simple for a month, once exercise 4 or 5 times and look online for simple exercises.. once u have done this for a month ur body will want more... so u can start askin guys in the gym about mixin it up, start adding weights changin routine look online.. most people jump str8 in & this is no good as it is too hard too quick.. get in your comfort zone for a month, just gettin in the gym regularly, not really to work too hard just to make it a routine in your mind, nice light workouts then as you progress you can add more in your own time & learn. i went from about 3 month ago liftin 55 - 60 k to over 100 bench now& thats just from keeping my weight so i dont injure myself in my own time dont try liftin just coz u wanna look like ur strong, lift whatever ur comfortable with |
