doing bicep curls with upper arms next to ribs, rather than elbows moving backward during lift, will increase grip strength.

am going to start doing straight leg deadlift and good mornings, looks good for back, hip and neck strengthening.

nah i heard it was more effective at targeting the biceps if you contract the elbows back during the raise. Also works the shoulders and pecs. I am currently using both methods.

If your lifting for MMA you only wanna be looking at quick 1RPM style workouts. For my fight i just did 1set 3reps Bench, Sqaut, Dead & Bent Over Row. I did that around 3-4 times a week and added 2kg each week, my bench went from 70kg - 90kg in 8 weeks and I fight at FW.

oh and one piece of final advice remember to DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL!!

just so I can guage your success more cos a bloke who's really tall should lift more a lot easier vs a midget. was that a split routine or an all in one?
