Most of the time thats the case dude, although i know tall guys who are strong and i know short guys who are strong. Someones height generally isnt a factor on how strong a person is, their reach might affect something like there bench and their leg length might affect their squat (with shorter guys generally performing better) but getting strong is all about training efficiency.
I wasn't saying you were a midget. I do all in ones too but I would have thought training the same muscle two days in a row would be counter productive. a lot of the strong guys are tall they just look small on camera cos they're so thick set.
I would say that when it comes to power and strength IF a tall guy can really fill his frame out with muscle (which is bloody hard) he will have an advantage
If you look at worlds strongest man competitions you will notice that 90% of the guys are about 6 feet plus tall
now when it comes to MMA i know fuck all, so would be interested to hear how tall the pros are and wether a short arse ever made it big (no pun)
