If your lifting for MMA you only wanna be looking at quick 1RPM style workouts. For my fight i just did 1set 3reps Bench, Sqaut, Dead & Bent Over Row. I did that around 3-4 times a week and added 2kg each week, my bench went from 70kg - 90kg in 8 weeks and I fight at FW.

oh and one piece of final advice remember to DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL DRILL!!
