He meant SD Matrix - a growth hormone. See previous thread. Inferno or T5? No big deal. You should try both and see which gives better results. Check your percentage body fat.

I could post all about T3 supplimentation and clenbuterol, even talk about DNP but instead..show us that you are making progress on a healthy diet and taking exercise and then talk about fat burners

Quick fixes, rapid weight loss only leads you down the road to fail

My daily foods in the week are usually:

6.30am Cornflakes of 2 Weetabix in a morning, semi skimmed milk, tiny bit of sugar..
9am banana
12ish 2 ham cobs (brown bread no butter), pack of walkers cheese and onion crisps, strawberry muller corner yoghurt
2pm-ish banana
then tea about 5pm ish, either chicken breast and pasta, sometimes beans on toast brown bread no butter, maybe a curry occasionally.

I have cut out all fizzy drinks like coke and stuff like that. And also cut out chocolate and junk food like mcdonalds etc..

I'm trying to focus on eating more often, but smaller healthy portions, and cutting out the junk food binge snacking.

I do have carb day on wednesday, because I just can't goto college all day long without a can of monster or somethin. Its boring and sleepy, and I either need Monster or speed! lol

As for exercise, I've been going gym 3 times a week, monday wednesday fridays.
Weight training for about 45 mins to an hour, doing heavy weights in small reps (10 - 15 reps),
trying to mix up the weights i'm doing, like chest, arms, legs, back on different days,
then about 15 mins of intense cardio on the cross trainer after the weights.

It was going steady, but I have come down with a bug and I keep throwing up and on the toilet all the time, so I've cut out the gym for the back end of last week.

I'm always trying to drink water, or at least light ribena in place of fizzy drinks. And I do love ribena. I was lookin at fat burning supps to give me an extra kick in the morning, as well as help burn off some fat, and also maybe give me a boost in the gym if i took one pre-training.

I realise I can improve on many areas, and I'm after a decent blender to get me blending some foods I don't generally eat (veg!!!)

Edit:

This is the first time in my life I've actually tried to change my food lifestyle (I'm not calling it a diet, cos I want it to be permanent). I do find certain social interactions hard for me with regards to food, for example, Friday lunch time a group of us from work go to Mcdonalds for a lunch, which I'm not forced to go to but it is good to network and stuff..

I am always contemplating cancelling my gym subscription and buying weights, but most people tell me I'd never use them at home. So not sure on that one.

DJ,

1) Where's the protein intake in your diet, apart from Chicken Breast? Have some white eggs in the morning. Or the easiest is a can of tuna (disgusting, I know).
2) You should drink plenty of water anyway, it's good for you.
3) If you have a healthy diet during the week, have the McDonald on a Friday. Junks are allowed to stop you getting bored of a healthy diet week in, week out.
4) Your diet is laden with carbs. It should be in the same proportion to your protein intake. Remember the 40/40/20 rule. Your carb, if isnt burnt, will only end up as fat. So T5 is pointless.

Im just giving you advice as I do think you are serious about getting into shape. Buy some protein shakes. I mix mine with water and take it 30minutes before training together with my NO Xplode. Good luck DJ!!

Thanks Legend.

You're right it does seem carb loaded when I read it back to myself with a big lack of protein..

I will buy some protein shakes, I'm trying not to concentrate on losing fat, but rather concentrate on just maintaining a healthy diet and then bust out some weights a few times a week.

I was thinking yesterday about why I've put weight on. It seems to stem from me learning to DRIVE!!!

Drop a protein shake instead of your cereal

drop another instead of your afternoon banana or instead just have some natural live yogurt with some berries thrown on - yummy probiotic goodness with antioxidents from the berries.

try and have some Meat with your evening meal.

Are you telling me after your evening meal you dont eat anything until you hit bed?......

overall though really good progress and even if you dont change what are you currently doing its still a big step in the right direction.

Sometimes after my evening meal I will have cerials, but I am aware this is a part of my diet that needs fixing (late night healthy snack that is).

Perhaps a protein shake before bed?

I currently have no clue on what protein powder to buy, I want cheap but good..

What sort of meats would you suggest? I like chicken, turkey and steak. I can eat beef, but I don't enjoy it lol. I absolutely HATE pork in like pork chops and stuff like that.

After dropping out fizzy drinks and chocolate and replacing with ribena or water I already feel a lot better in general.

I do wonder, could you relate pickup to weight loss? Focusing on the goal, i.e. losing the fat, could that mess things up in the process? Or is it the opposite. Cos I've heard of athletes visualising winning etc.

Protein Powders...everyone and his dog sells them but i am a big advocate of Myprotein - high quality and really well priced
Impact Whey Isolate from Myprotein

Depending upon how big you are now, it’s entirely possible. In two months you could probably lose around 2 stone I would think and you don't need supplements to do it. The three most important things when it comes to losing weight are diet, diet and diet. Work out how many calories you burn and eat less than that. It really is that simple! If you're adding in any form of weight training or exercise then you'll need to watch your protein intake also.

Google Calorie Calculator and start from there.

If you need a good site for nutrition I can recommend foodfocus.co.uk
