T5 probably wakes you up and makes you hyper, so take it in the morning.
But this isnt a quick fix. You still need to have a strict diet and lifestyle.

it also mentions sleep easy, would they work the same as GHB, if its deep sleep doesnt it release growth hormone??

and also... legend!!! i did increase my weight and my chest is IN PAIN ... which is good..

but all ive done is sleep!! does heavy training make u wanna sleep more??

Pain is good bruv...! Keep increasing and going heavy and give your muscles a shock by rotating with different exercises!

You sleep more cos you burn yourself in the gym. The simple fact is that when you sleep your muscles grow from the efforts you put into training. So, getting plenty of rest is very important if you really want to gain muscle. Otherwise, your efforts will not be rewarded!!!

im gonna get on them Matrix next week! 2 weeks on them. im gonna do a before & after shot

ill take a pic week 1, 2 then on the anabolics 3 & 4

show everyone the results

I've used it... and did it for 3 weeks... and shit the bed! The fat melted off like butter... started it again 3 days ago.
