I'm starting this thread after reading about Legend's diet on another thread..

Can people here suggest good fat burning supplements to go alongside a decent diet, and regular exercise?

Obviously I could Google this, but I want first hand experience on if things actually work...

I've already looked at Forza stuff, and it seems cool.

have u tried inferno, they are SICK!!!

they are just a thermogenic aswell... u can get them in B.A

I have tried Inferno and T5s, both work amazingly well.

It is a bit like taking speed though. T5s I found especially strong! Be careful taking them in the evening - you'll be awake till the birds start singing!

I assume you maintain a decent diet with these, as well as exercise?

I've never taken fat burning sups before but I'm thinking of buying the T5s on pay day...

well the are not legal in the uk, they are VERY strong.

if u not taken fat burners before, just go for inferno thermogenics, a box is 24 quid

they are still shit hot & legal
