Achieving your ultimate goal. Tony says - it's to be happy, a consistent sense of pleasure in your being.

We've all been taught what has to happen first for us to be happy but it's the emperors new clothes - it's all a lie. We've got to stop buying in to the false idea that it's something on the outside that will make us happy. Nothing on the outside will keep us happy long term. All the things you're looking for on the outside only supply temporary feelings of joy.

Unlimited sense of happiness and joy = your natural state. You only reach it though when you meet your rules - what does it take for you to be happy?

Happiness doesn't come from the outside. I made my first million and I was happy! but for how long? Outside stimulus will not make you happy long term, they will only provide temporary feelings of joy.

You say x-y-z has to happen for me to be happy. Why don't you change the rules? It's inside waiting to get out. There's more happiness on the inside than will ever be on the outside. How do we achieve the ultimate goal?

Life is not an outcome it's a process! You'll spend more time in life than achieving. Happines is not a reward the reward is life itself.

Keys to unleashing your happiness.

1. It's already there it's your natural state
2. Change your focus - control your mind. Nothign in life has any meaning apart from the meaning YOU give it.
3. Ask happy questions. Don't ask: what does this mean? can I survive this? Ask: how can I use this? how is this important in my life? what can i learn form this? will this even matter 10 years from now?
4. Learn to be a perciever instead of a judger.

4. (continued). As we learn more about things our view may change. Knowledge isn't always power it sometimes closes a lot of doors because you think you've got it all figured out. When you judge people you close doors and distance yourself from people. ASK: Is there any other possible meaning that this could have? or What would be a better way of looking at this that would empower me and others?

Nothing has any meaning in life apart from the meaning you give it.

5. Learning how to use your brain - principle of contrast. I want new shoes! look at the people over here with no feet.

6. Soften your rules. What has to happen for you to feel happy? 80 things have to occur? You don't have to be perfect. You could have: every day above ground is a great day. Hav emore ways to feel happy than more ways to feel unhappy.

7. Use happy words to describe the way you're feeling on a consistent basis. Enjoyment, euphoria, sense of well being, comfort, cosyness, gratificaton, satisfaction, luxury, to relish something, to feel a zest for something, sweetness, entertainment, happiness, gladness, delight, joy, joyflness, cheer, exultation, exuberence, glee, sunshine, overjoy, intoxicated, raptured, jubilation, celebration, gladdened, feasted, heart-warmed, facinated, captivated, enthralled, enchanted, tickled, thrilled, beaming, basking in, starry eyed, glowing, radient. . . just a few. Better than : ok, surviving, hanging tough, fair to middlin etc. Aplify your emotion.


Be depressed:
Unpleasing, displeasing, disagreeable, undesirable, unappealing, unattractive, un engaging, un inviting, dis tasteful, un savoury, un palatable, ugly, offensive, objectionable, repugnant, contrary to your feelings, repulsive, vile, nasty, noxious, rotten, putrid. dire, hostile, antagonistic, spurned, thrown over etc

How you doiong today, how's your life? Putrid!

8. Hold yourself to a new standard. Adopt a belief that not to be happy means you're a failure. Most people don't make happiness a big enough priority. Decide that being happy is the only real success and you'll achieve it. Decide yo MUST not that you should. It's down to you and you can do it.

The only reason you don't have the joy you want is that you haven't claimed it.

1. How happy are you? I you're not happy with how happy you are you can change that:

Change the way you're breathing
Ask a great question
Focus on what's great in your life
Use some contrast
etc etc

2. How happy are the people around you?

Am i living a life where i'm experienceing more pleasure and less pain and the way in which i'm living it creating more pleasure for those around me and less pain?

You're the source, there's nothing outside that's going to do it for you.

Whole message of the cd's to remind you the only way you achieve your ultimate goal of happiness is by perfecting your mind, by taking control, by mastering it.
