you wanna do dumbbell flys be care full though it's injury prone. wider grip will make your pecks spread out more a thinner grip will give you the cleavage.
I don't think a massive chest is natural anyway cos you use a lot of shoulder and tricep in the bench and push up aswell. A lot of uys et really into chest development I'm more concerned with shoulders and back muscles cos they're the ones that make you look hench. The beauty is you can see a guy has big shoulders even with a coat on.

i dont want a massive chest, i want a chest proportional to the rest of me.
I used to drive eveyone nuts in my gym because i was in and out of it within 25 minutes
monday for example
inclined dumbell bench 3 x10
Decline machine Bench 3x10
Tricep extension 3x10
My motto is that if youve not done enough to your muscle to make it grow within 2 sets you arent training properly - the rest of it is eating properly id say its 85% eating - which is what a massive percentage of weight trainers take a very long time to realise.
