Pushup/ Sit up Calendar
 
So yeterday i started this calendar.

my first day i did 51 pushups and about 40 odd sit ups

every day i am going to log them and beat the day before.

seems like a good way to compete with yourself.

so im gonna do it, once u start gettin to 500 pushups & situps plus, ur gonna look SICK

im gonna leave weekends to repair... 5 days on 2 days off.... im on steds atm so i dont have the same rules!

Thats not going to work, I would alternate muscle groups being worked, but hey you do what you want

It's your body, but if your taking roids and concentrating on just a couple of muscle groups you'll look like a freak.
Fuck roids, and work different muscle groups, it is best to alternate days, but if you want to train consecutive, train different groups!

now whilst i do advocate changin up routine that is only for size gains, strength does not need change in routine... one of the major fitness exercise the army is pushups... and has been since the dawn of time..

bruce lee... another.... i train near every day, so a few pushups every night before bed isnt gonna do me harm really!

im not just doin pushups an sit ups...

i train near every day! this is just to grow my chest....and core

i have loads of trouble bulking my chest everythin else is flyin & chest isnt.

Glad to hear your doing other stuff as well, still I'd say fuck the roids, they're no good in the long run.
The diet advice your gave al_phaD was pretty decent though.
