Pushup/ Sit up Calendar
So yeterday i started this calendar.
my first day i did 51 pushups and about 40 odd sit ups every day i am going to log them and beat the day before. seems like a good way to compete with yourself. so im gonna do it, once u start gettin to 500 pushups & situps plus, ur gonna look SICK |

im gonna leave weekends to repair... 5 days on 2 days off.... im on steds atm so i dont have the same rules!

Thats not going to work, I would alternate muscle groups being worked, but hey you do what you want
