I agree with Tyler Durden. I know some extremley average looking guys (on first appearance) who are with the most attractive girls in university.

When you actually speak to these guys, you realise they might be average looking from a distance; but how they speak, what they talk about, their intelligence, the way they move and their confidence make them more attractive.

To attract a girl who is really attractive AND has substance, I believe you need substance more than anything else. I'm emphasising "AND has substance" here.

There are a few women who prioritise looks over EVERYTHING, but do you really want to even go to the trouble of trying to get with someone like that for more than a one night stand? If so, up your standards.

Kowalski, granted some or alot of it i consider to be pretty OTT. But i think some of the material and things they say are actually quite insightful to be honest. Some of it gives a man that push they have been needing, regardless if they use the material or not.
