I don't want to be thinking about the future, both past and future can be damaging to think about. I'm limiting my thinking very well. I now don't make snap, harsh decisions and judgments and I regularly used to get into a war of words because of something I thought might happen, now I make a judgement based on the information in front of me and this then, in most cases, stops confrontation even if it ends badly for either party involved. I've stop being concerned with each and every outcome.
True, I don't need to check if the other stuff if bollocks, I know their reasons behind it are bollocks, I think I wanted to find out what motivation they had to do it. It's unnecessary.
