There are maybe 5% of women who love buff guys and yes you might attract them but there are no doubt 5% of women who love bald men. I put on a stone of muscle in a year and actually noticed no difference whatsoever with women. My friends tend to notice but I haven't heard anything off women. Though I heard that apparently women's favourite muscles are abs and forearms with bicepts coming in at like 10th.

Furthermore it all depends on the woman tbh, some women love muscley guys, some women hate it and generally I feel I have more in common with girls who say they don't like it. I think being fit and getting ripped are different things, as long as you look healthy and aren't too overweight or underweight then the difference is subjective

I reckon having a good body probably let you have less limiting self belief, ugly guys might have a far more self limiting self image than someone who is good looking. It's all just social condition, the media shows good looking people all the time so we feel not as good as the "images" we are spoon fed.

If you can rewire that social conditioning and be comfortable with yourself and confident, then being ripped or not ripped don't matter a damn imo.
