"In animals, the male has to be in good physical quality to carry out these movements. We think the same is happening in humans and certainly the guys that can put these movements together are going to be young and fit and healthy."

Dr Neave also took blood samples from the volunteers. Early indications from biochemical tests suggest that the men who were better dancers were also more healthy.

Lol just the other day i was thinking of doing some salsa classes when i get back, it sounds a bit gay but im actually contemplating taking them.

There is a set of skills i think every man should have:
- To be able to dance
- To be able to cook
- To have confidence
- To be able to defend himself
- To be able to please the ladies

Been to 3 salsa classes so far and it's good fun - even when at the first lesson you get told you're going to be 'a challenge' ha ha.

Done a bit of practice inbetween lessons and I'm picking it up fast - and if I can learn to dance anyone can!

On a side note - apparently at Salsa events it's very bad manners for the girls to say 'no' which can't be a bad thing!
