i have to agree
since i started at the gym have had alot more attention
no 6 pac yet but i think it actually does help you mentally if you feel your body is better...
also if you train and eat better your mood lifts and you have more energy to sarge
just a word of causion my mate always mentions the gym when he goes out to women
doesnt usually go down well...

I agree, go to the gym about 5 times a week, and I'm pretty comfortable with my body, would hate to think how much harder it would be for me if I wern't in decent shape because I'm shy enough as it is when approaching

Well I fit the 12.5-13 stone criteria with some muscle.

Get compliments occassionally but it's not going to get you laid - work out for yourself, and for fitness.

Dreadful post mate, unless you're being sarcastic.

Having a great body doesn't guarentee that when you see a chick you like, that you'll go up to her and talk to her. I see it quite often when I'm out - you'll have hot chicks on the dance floor and most of the huge guys will just standing on the edge of dancefloor doing nothing, just watching them.

There may be deeper issues which bulking/cutting and going to the gym won't resolve.
