This is a very detailed guide to creating a better you , rather than the new mask your hiding behind. Its a very long read and you must read the whole blog carefully to fully benefit and appreciate it.

I'll confess from the start that I've not had chance to read the full blog in detail - I'm currently between finishing work late, a band practice starting in an hour, and trying to cook barbeque chicken without barbequing the flat...
But surely there's an inherent contradiction in asking someone to 'be the natural you', and then sending them to a lengthy blog about things you need to do correctly to succeed, and where the first post is about body building? I completely agree with the title 'Be the natural you.' But I'm not convinced the blog you've linked points the same way.
