Ok, I want you to imagine your perfect day. If money was no option at all and you could anything at all within the realms of possibilities. Don’t go thinking you can go all Captain Kirk and go around banging green skinned chicks. Keep it real.

Imagine everything from the moment you first wake up, run through each moment in as vivid a detail as you possibly can. What are the things you see, hear and feel as you do them? What are you doing for breakfast, lunch and dinner? I want every minute to be accounted for right up until your head hits the pillow at night.

What do you enjoy doing most? What surprised you about the things you’d find your self doing? What did you discover?

Every mother fucker here should do this little exercise. Not only is fucking fun but it gives you an insight on the things that fulfil you.

I think that then begs the question why am I not doing at least some of these things everyday?

What if you're unaware of what your perfect day would be? What if you can think of 20 different days doing completely different things?

I love travelling and when I travel I love to learn, days learning about another culture, seeing fantastic ancient monuments, etc etc.

I also love to sleep though, days waking up at 2am with the sun pouring through the window. Making a greasy bacon butty, hitting the pub with some friends and playing pool all afternoon.

I also love my work though and it's fulfilling, I'm not sure if I would want to not work.

I've always wanted to fly a plane, I wanted to be a fighter pilot when I was much, much younger but that dream was shot down when I was little due to being diagnosed with a pretty bad form of colour blindness.

Days at the beach drinking with buddies in glorious sunshine are pretty fucking amazing..

The idea of this is pretty cool and I can understand trying to fill the day with as many things as possible but there are way too many things for me to choose from. I've had hundreds of perfect days previously, I could never say one is the absolute best. A perfect day for me is a fun, high energy all day long, merely enjoying being alive.

Try to them all in to one day. Its your perfect day not your perfect week, this will weed out what's most important to you.

5am.... Its sunny im in my luxurious villa i awake to find penolope cruz smiling at me with a wicked grin her face lying naked with jennifer love hewitt both in there prime begging me to give them a good seeing to which i readily do the deed.

9am....I go to the local tennis club and challenge the club pro that im gonna beat him severly i play just like rafael nadal hitting all over the court i win 6.0,6.0..6.0.

11am.... im super charged and ready for my next adventure my high powrered motor bike is outside the local bank i rob at gunpoint the police give chase im in big trouble but i evade them proper french connection chase i just get home with the money.

1300....I have a dinner party my guest are george orwell,churhill.brando i have the finest cuisine money can by hewitt and cruz are waitressing my foot stall is chris evans i give him a kick just for the hell of it sinatra is singing with his brass band its glorious i have a great conversation with dh laurenceand orwell.

1600....i arrive at shorham airport my f16 is fueled ready to burn the sussex downs and the locals as i fly at the locals at a low level and with speed.

....1900, im in the local casino with my spoils and win at poker the mangeris going crazy with my amazing skill.

2200...Im at maddison square garderns im top of the bill as my opponent is suger ray robinson we fight for 15 rounds at a furious tempo i knock him out in the 15th round the crowd go crazy.

2330... in the shower cruz and hewitt are soaping me down i give them some love.

2359...The perfert day is nearly over it hits 0000 im totally fucked and..... go to sleep.

Wake to the sound of the ocean, having camped out on the beach overnight.

Climb over Claire Forlani and a young Cindy Crawford who are both still exhausted from the night before’s threesome.

Cook a steak and eggs breakfast on a portable BBQ for myself, and serve the girls their own breakfast in bed. Talk about what inspires us.

Meditate on the sound of the waves with the crisp sea air in my face.

Hit the gym, weights work only, I hate cardio.

Read for an hour whilst enjoying a tomato and buffalo mozzarella salad with a crisp, cold beer.

Go play golf at Pebble Beach with Tiger Woods, Henry Kissinger, and Louis CK…break the course record by two.

Walk through the Louvre, naked.

Make someone laugh so hard they have to go lie down to recover.

Lose a fight and not care.

Really help someone who really needs it.

Play fetch with my childhood Golden Retriever.

Pick up the girls again and take them to the Opera. Shag in our private balcony throughout the entire performance, with the oblivious audience below.

Attend a Gordon Ramsey restaurant, complain about the food and flee without paying the bill.

Escape the resultant police chase by deploying Italian Job style driving skills in my newly acquired 1954 Mercedes SL Gullwing.

Return to the beach, trip over an ancient stone tablet in the sand describing the secret to life and the path to enlightenment, suddenly it all becomes so clear.

Huddle up on the beach under a blanket that is slightly too small for the 3 of us, fall asleep looking up at the stars, listening to the waves crash and pretending that I don’t have to go to fucking work in the fucking morning.

My perfect day:

Wake up in a super cool villa like Iron Mans, next to 2 hot babes (this one seems a common theme), feeling awesome and knowing nothing can phase me. Have an hour or two of hot erotic threesome sex..
Then go for a swim in my own water park (in the back garden)..
Then after getting dressed, drive my Pagani Zonda down to the local indoor snow slopes for an uber session of freestyle snowboarding, to which I win the competition hands down.
After this, I spend an hour having lunch on my yacht whilst making some phone calls to my millionaire friends including mark zuckerburg, richard branson and some others.
I then go spend a few grand shopping in town, nip home and check my emails on my uber specced out water cooled PC (costs ten grand, check Scan 3XS systems).
Evening is approaching, so I have some more hot sex with 2 different girls, all unprotected, but it doesnt matter cos in my utopia girls dont get pregnant if i say so. and STIs dont exist..
Then I go out to the clubs where everyone is surrounding me as I tell some stories, and I decide we should move this party to the beach where we all get naked and play volleyball until just before midnight, and I goto sleep in my double king size bed with 10 hot women after another orgy
