It can't be an attractive message to give a girl if all it looks like you do with your life is pump iron in the gym 5 nights a week.

1.6 chest to waist is the well known and studied perfect upper body size for a man to have.

That's essentially Da Vinci's vitruvian man, who isn't "massive". The size thing is just an inadequacy problem created by bigger men ridiculing smaller men for years upon years, more social conditioning.

I'll forgive you for not reading my posts but to clarify. Four nights a week sarging, once a week in the gym.

Don’t think about rejection shouldn’t even enter your head, don’t think about it, just do it, no hesitations. Talk to her.

It’s the only way to get good

Having been a big meathead sted user in the past, its true it does scare girls away.
I used to be shocked when i got comments from girls saying 'god when i first saw you i wouldnt have walked down the other side of the road' etc
but when you get to a certain size you are doing it foryourself not to attract chicks

the funny thing is more than anything you get guys kissing your ass

Like I said, it's an inadequacy problem created by men, not a problem created by women.

How do you explain that we are just animals and in the animal world the biggest and strongest is the alpha male.

By pointing out that this isn't true at all.

You've never owned dogs have you? Bigger dogs are not always the alpha male.

Ive got 2 German Shepherds

This is true, it comes down to temperament aswell

BUT a big dog and little dog competing to be the alpha, the little dog loses

I dunno about that either.

I'd argue that the one that loses in that kind of situation is the one that backs down first which is an attitude thing really isn't it? Much the same as human interactions. It doesn't go to the death.

In the event of neither backing down at all though, the bigger one would always win. That's true in human interaction too though.

The hypothesis could be made that men perceive size to be a big deal because of the fact that they would lose in a fight to a bigger man. Thanks to society though this is (mostly) not a problem today. It could be argued that it's an instinctual relic that's left over from our animal years.

Being "larger" doesn't make you "alpha"

Often, the smaller guy will beat the larger guy, but this is a whole sidepoint (and an excuse to post a video of a douche who wouldn't even touch gloves getting what he deserved)
