Went out last night with Jaz, Roody and Wes, later met up with Kowalski and Tom.

Hadn't properly been out for 2 fucking weeks! Was a good night, did a lot better than I usually do on my first night of the weekend. 2 or 3 hot girls i spoke to. . .ended up in AXM? Thought Roody and Jaz came in too, lost them, went home.

But Shah got in fine? That explains a bit!

Went out Saturday night, was less drunk than usual, went Ritz, had a good night. Did my approaches. I think now I'm not too worried about whether I'll actually speak to a girl, like now I know I can do it.

Gotta do a big night during the week because won't be out this Saturday; big filming day Sunday! Crikey.

How much practice you want to do, or think you need is your decision, not ours.

Also I don't really see it as practice which I think is a big change for me thats helped a lot.

It's a night out where I have fun and speak to girls.

If its practice it means I could be 'doing it wrong' and implies I should spend lots of time doing it which considering i dont have the time or money for means I'd be spending too much time thinking "Ah I should be out PRACTICING" rather than "The weekend is coming up sick!!".

Not that spending lots of time doesn't help or is bad.
