Been in and out of a relationship with my ex the past couple of months. Thurs we broke up for good, AGAIN... as she’s too mental, and I miss gaming.

So, Thurs night got rooting through my numbers for girls I’d met over the past month or two. Set up a D2 with a girl I’d met in the Arndale food market for Sun and Fri afternoon a girl I’d met off Tinder wanted to go out with me that night.

Hooked up with the Tinder girl, and walking to the bar I could sense the attraction, she was walking very close to me. We went to my fav bar and grabbed a couple of craft ales. We vibed well, she’s into art, photography and food. We were pretty cosy and the physical stuff was all heading in the right direction, with me playing with her hair, touching her hands and leg. I tried a few times to make out with her, but she resisted. I then tell her we should hit up another place. We walk up towards my place, and I decide we should pop in and ‘check out my artwork’. She ended up giving me a massage, I rubbed her pussy while she did so, then we fuck. This was a good lesson for me in getting a girl back’ fast, and not necessarily doing things in the order I assume, i.e. not really making out before fucking. All good teasing on her part.

Sun hooked up with the other girl. This was boring as hell, and she had her arms folded the whole date, and was very hard to escalate on. Not sure where this all went wrong, not gonna waste my time on her again. Over the wkd I approached a few girls, this went ok, was nice to hang out with Luther again.

Today I am starting a new regime. Approach at least one girl each day on the way home from work. Just headed out at lunch and met a glamorous Chinese girl. Gonna head back out for 20 mins now. No excuses.

@Casanova: I tend to find some of my best interactions are those spontaneous ones when I’m doing something else. It’s well worth getting into the habit of doing so, you never know when the girl of your dreams will walk past you.

I've been going out specifically to daygame but I'm intending to be spontaneous too as I go about my day. It's not like I've never been spontaneous before but most of the time I'd see the super hot girl, & just look. Not anymore, or at least I plan to work in it.

Last night I hooked up with a Kazakh girl I met in Aldi 3 weeks or so ago. I’d arranged a date with her a couple of weeks back but flaked on her (must be a first) as I got back with my ex. Anyway, she suggested a spot for meeting up so we hooked up for a coffee.

She turned up all smiles, I kissed her on the cheek and grabbed us both a coffee. The vibe was very good, and her eye contact was amazing, and was locked on me at all times. We chatted about my art, and which cities we loved, Great British food, and of course I educated her on the joys of craft ale. I decided to keep the escalation pretty light hearted and just flirted touching her legs and hands, although I always maintained the man to woman vibe through deep constant eye contact (I could actually feel myself going into a bit of a trance as everything else around us melted away). I do have a bit of a hangup in my mind with escalation, so sometimes panic if I don’t push the boundaries, but with her the attraction for me was strong, so I didn’t feel the need to rush… just yet.

After a couple of hours chatting I needed to go, as I arranged to meet the ex for a chat. Kissed her on the cheek and jumped on the bus. Meeting the ex ended up in sex, we both knew what it was about. The sex was amazing, I can’t get enough of her in bed. The rest of what I have to deal with does my nut in though, so not the best idea. I’ve not promised her anything, but this really shouldn’t have happened. I need to be strong. But it’s tough when just seeing her in front of me makes me rock hard. She's like a fucking drug.

Sex in a relationship is always better. Especially when breaking up, emotions are high. This will become a regular occurrence, right now it'll be just sex, but she'll get you back. Take my advice and go cold turkey.

True enough fellas. I need to stay away from her completely if I'm going to move on. Casual sex is not an option with her.

Last night I stuck to my new daily approach regime (at least), and approached a chick on my way to my date. I am also back on my fitness regime (which I’ve been on and off since Jan), and have upped this to 30 mins jogging, followed by 20 mins weights and 80 situps back at my apartment, twice a week minimum. I definitely feel the ache of the muscles now.

Meeting my ex after work to tell her we definitely are not going to be an item any more (doubt she’ll go for the fuck buddy idea).

Last night approached a couple of girls. The second one was interesting on my part. I could feel myself totally relax into a super chilled mode. I think I’d been rushing a lot of my interactions the past few weeks, and trying to cram in stories etc. I think that date on Tues night chilled me out somewhat, and brought me back to my own pace. I also managed to push through the awkwardness of silence a lot better, something I used to be good with, and allowed her to take the iniative. One of the most enjoyable interactions with a girl in a shop I’ve had in ages.

As long as it's not at hers or yours I approve and if you present the fuck buddy idea she may latch on anything she can.

Went around hers, but met her out in the corridor. Told her I was simply not looking for a relationship at the moment, and we just don't seem to get on. I then left. It was all pretty painless. She knew the score. The last few times we broke up I kinda blamed her for it all. Now I faced up to what I did and didn't want and told her. Now it feels more like I have drawn a line under things.

When I got in last night I booked a cheap wkd trip to Riga, Latvia in June. Gonna do a bit of day game out there (the birds are supposed to be mega hot), and check out the art nouveau architecture.
