Haha, awesomeness. By the by turns out keeping up to my daily awesomeness list is pretty damn hard when your homeless, trying to get everything done whilst I'm at work.

Just a quick update, moved into the new gaff with mates, as all summed up it still is the cheapest option (considering the total cost of bills and outgoing rent from my salary, and having to maintain the place after the other guys visit would be annoying as it would only be a place to crash after a nights drinking). Pretty much mostly unpacked now and it's a fuck load more relieving to have a place called home, the lack of placement seemed to have me in limbo and left me pretty anxious, as it would if you were homeless!

Still lacking internet though and its going to take another week for the engineer to come install it, on the plus side it's going to be 40mbs fibre optic which I've not had before. Stupid broadband.

I've taken 3 weeks off running to just recover and figure out a new jogging route since I hate city running and there isn't a canal tow path between mine and canal street to continue to Castlefield.

I've been trying to stick to my aforementioned list of daily awesome but its really fucking hard without internet. It's going to get sorted next week but I'm sort of biting my nails right now and wasting so much time in work just catching up with stuff, I spend so much of my life online its ridiculous. I might try and sit in a coffee shop and relax a bit, write a blog article and people watch. That could be a nice evening exercise to allow things to settle a bit.

My workload at the moment is a bit ridiculous. I have about 5 concurrent contracts each with a deadline of next month, I'm finding it difficult to maintain everything whilst keeping a healthy work / life balance. Yet I still feel it hard to decline when offered work since there are times when it can be so hard to come by.

I've fancied challenging myself a different way next month, and since I'm pretty good at getting into a running regime I need to find another challenge. I figured drinking would be a good one so I'm doing Stoptober for drinking. The idea was that I was going to try and fund raise for it then match the donations from my beer budget but in all honesty I can try and kid myself by saying I'm doing it for charity but in reality I'm doing it for myself. I'll probably just go to a strip club or something in November.

Think I might start learning Spanish again, I still have the intent of visiting Barcelona, but that may have to wait until after Christmas, or even until the weather picks up again. I like duolingo but I would kind of like something a little more passive that I can do whilst I'm at my day to day stuff, subconscious learning lol!

I’m moving house this Fri and will have to wait an age for the net too. It feels weird that I won’t have it, but I am looking forward to the challenge. I will spend my time doing other things, and hopefully be more productive.

Yup, it's quite surprising to think that we once lived without internet access ...

For me, I will be looking to go back to basics. I will be drawing and painting. My current goal is just that though, so this suits me.
