That 1st phone call -

Hey guys,
Now i know a lot of you are a lot further down this journey than i am. I would love to get your thoughts on something. Once you have number closed and the time come's to call that girl and arrange that day 1, how do you guys position and structure the conversation etc. I read a few things that say, don't stay on the phone for too long, always say times that you can't make it before saying when you can make it and I'd love to hear your thoughts on it. Also cover voice mail, do you / don't you leave a message. Just interested to see what everyone else does. Cheers Retro

Phone Game
I think when you get a number and you decide to call her or text her I think that the following points will help: You are in command she will want you to make a decision and stand by it. It’s no good trying to arrange a day 2 with a girl and start saying things like……. • “Ermmmm so what do you enjoy doing because we can do something that you like.” • “What do you normally do? / Where do you normally go on a 2nd date?” • “should we get a bite to ear or watch a film or go for a drink or……” All the above show that you are not decisive and it makes it seem like taking a girl out on a date isn’t a regular happening. The words used relate to uncertainty and weakness. You need to show that you a man and tell them what you are doing and when, as if they have one chance. For Example…. • “Ok so were going out for a drink when im free. Quite busy at the moment but I think ive got some time next Thursday” It seems quite cocky but you have shown that you are a decisive kind of guy you know what you want. Plus it puts it across to her that you could have better things to do with you time and you asking her out isn’t a big thing. The phone call needs to be different Think about this…. Attractive girls must have given there numbers out a hell of a lot of times and they wake up to some guy who will try and arrange a date straight away and comes across needy. A girls not looking for needy in her life. The way to play it in my opinion is to still come across as the same awesome guy you were when you met her chat about random things let her no how cool you are. You need to play it so that she doesn’t even think you want to ask her out. A Main point to make is that you can’t escalate any kino over the phone. So if you cant escalate kino you need to make sure that you show higher value in what you say keep her interested. Don’t let her get bored. Make it seem to her that her decision to keep speaking to you is the best thing she could be doing at that moment in time engage into conversation that is interesting but not lengthy to ensure that the thought that she could be doing something else doesn’t even pop into her head. Keeps snapping the conversation around from one subject to another so she has no time to get bored as something new is being discussed. i agree with Jynx. calling is the better option since you show a little bit of courage and with texts... she might not reply! once for example, i texted a girl and she didnt answer, so I went to pay her a visit where she works (waitress) and asked her why the hell she didnt answer my text. she kept insisting that she would have but that she hasnt received any texts. it turned out that one digit was wrong. thats when she started to text back
 what always helps me is to make myself distinct enough before she gives me her number so that when I call her I can introduce myself as 'supermario', 'the hitchhike-guy' or some other random shit. this makes sure that she relives the night up to the point where you made her laugh so much because of your story/trick/idea. underflyer!

Yeah, when you call yu should have your mind already set. You should already have plans to where you want to take her or something. It's bad to show a girl your not confident it even worse to let her feel that on the phone, she'll think your a wuz.

Be confident and in control and try to avoid the generic "Hey, how are you?" thing - eurgh, I HATE that! If you must, try reinventing it to something like "How's the form?" or How's tricks? if she doesn't understand what you mean, slip in a playful neg to her
Also, chances are, when she looks at her phone and sees your number calling for the first time (if she hasn't already called or text you of course) she'll be pretty nervous about it being awkward so I like to set a time constraint.. You: "I can only chat for a couple of minutes so I'll have to let you go at 10:07" Her: "Why 10:07?!" You: "Because I got some real important shit to do at 10:08" It's fun, probably make her laugh and most importantly, break the ice so you can arrange a later date. Hope this helps.
