Ive used this extensively -- if i take too much i feel dopey the next day- if you just take a little over a few days you actually feel really rested and its quite good for helping lift depression.
try it out, see how you get on with it
Its very good also for correcting crap sleeping habits - i had a habit of staying up till 3 am every night and then being up at 8 for work - i spent years walking around like a zombie, lack of sleep is a fantastic way of creeping depression up on you.
since i used Melatonin i actually feel tired at 11pm and want to go to bed.
