Just read a faboulous book called the hustler made famous as well by the film and Paul Newman the intresting thing for me in this story as most of you know that fast eddie felson a pool shark hustler thats beating everyone and doing very well untill he meets the ultimate hustler in chicago.

Which is minosotta Fats the guy that beats everyone for big bucks.

Eddie and Fats finally get it on fats starts brilliantly untill eddie pegs him back and is winning handsomely untill fatigue and the devils drink gets a hold of him and his delight in beating fats for a bit.

Fats knows he tired and a braggart waiting to be taken he ups the stake on each game finally there playing for a thousand bucks a game fats takes all his money eddie the flake has only 200 bucks left.Eddie wants to even gamble that away fats tells him that the game is over that is what i call character that fats new he could out drink him and when the pressure was on and for playing for forty hours he would get mr eddie felson in the end.

Well fast eddie gets his thumbs broken later by some shady charaters he hustlers not very well as he does not hide his ability when losing his temper to another braggart.

Well eddie gets the girl and meets fats again this time he is ready and has character and beats fats and fats quits and says i cant beat you eddie a sweet victory.

I think he is basically wondering how he could be classed as a cool dude that stands out.

My point is that you need character to obtain the true essence of fulliment to live to the fullest life that you can obtain if you have the balls to go for it no holding back.

As i think the world is full off flakes that have no real charater and dont live to there full potentail im guilty as i think from past experiences that have tainted me as fear and lifes experiences have done to me.

As dh laurence said the lower working classes are devoit off any real character they are like blank canvasses that when you look real hard theres no real moral fibre or any real poetry in them or religion in them .

Im not saying all are like that i would agree with laurence and say 50% are like this they go through life not really liveing just experiencing crappy ralationships and liveing with a vulgar mentality that they cant help due to there up bringing which to be honest i feel for them.

They needs to be kinder and the women of good old england need to take a good hard look at them selfs and not be so much matereilistic shallow and stop being celibrity obessesed.Also they need to be more loyal and stop being couch pototoes and slim down.

As i make a effort hell they should do as well also i think they should fucking grow up stop whineing like little girls and be a woman worth knowing and not cry like a bitch when the going gets stuff there you go ive had my rant hee.

Some of the people with the biggest characters are like that because they have terribly low self esteem, which means you will have to define potential. Potential for mankind, or potential for themselves? Do people become pua's simply because they want to get laid more often, or because they have something to prove? Who defines when someone is a character? What is wise? More importantly, are you on crack?
