I am a pussy. Can't stand putting hurt on other people - girls/boys. I.e i won't insult another lad or steal his g/f and i hate breaking up with a girl especially if she's really into me. So plz guys post your advice/break up stories to make me feel a bit better about me breaking up with my g/f.

Being a PUA isn't about hurting people its about being better then them. You don't have to insult anyone or steal someones girlfriend. If they say they have a boyfriend you can just walk away you know.

No decent man does. There's no shame in what you're feeling here. If it wasn't working out, there was no point in dragging it out.

It's not selfish to think of your own happiness first so long as you do it with minimum upset to others. Try to make everyone happy in life and you'll not only fail hard, but you'll keep yourself miserable doing it.

P.S - The alcohol doesn't make you depressed, but it won't help. Keep your head clear. Fuzzing your feelings with drugs only delays and prolongs the upset felt.

P.P.S - I'd never totally give up alcohol. You need to let loose now and again or the increase in stress will eat you away.

Christ i was drunk yesterday lol. I was a bit worried about coming back on here as i know i posted but can't remember what i was jabbering on about.

Havn't broke up yet max but i think its going that way i just need to man up and get the job done! SHe's doing my head in, lol.

Well she's not doing my head in she's just 5 years younger than me and my relationships in the past the girl has always been older and her immaturity shows and im not used to it.

Hammer - i can't see myself giving up booze either i was just on a massive sesh yesterday and i stunk this morning - had to sweat it out at the gym before work.

Jamm I find the trick is to be diplomatically honest whilst remaining assertive and focussed on the outcome of your conversation (be it breaking up or resolving relationship issues)

Tell her how you feel, because if you've been feeling it for a while, she'll have definitely noticed that something was wrong. Tell her what you want and ask her how she feels, make sure she's as ok as she could be then give her some space then tell a mutual firend you think it would be a good idea if they were to check up on her.

Well that's how I break-up, I don't feel good about it though, but then again I never let a thing go that far with the girls i see to feel "bad"

Seriously? your reccomendation is try something aggressive to overcome compassion? He'd just be replacing a negative feeling with negative behaviour rather than learning how to overcome a feeling/issue that will return through his life be it work/friends/womens.
Actually PUA is about picking up girls plain and simple, not being better. Everyone has the same opportunities, you've got to take them and know your worth

Some good avice there hammertime and dateinthedark! broke up with her earlier tonight so thats that, she was a really nice girl but not 'the one' so no point dragging it out.

On a side note she had a low cut top on and thats one of the main things i remember about it all, god her breasts looked good.

On another side note: honesty is definitly the best policy.

I was a bastard the past 5 days sort of ignoring her and texting the lads like ' im back in the game boys woo hoo!' immature shit like that. Even posting on here asking advice when i should have been talking to her about my issues. She said thats been the worst of it - the way i've treated her the past 5 days.

So i've learned a valuable lesson here - be more grown up and communicate with your lady.
