Orbiters, friends, flames - just makes me jealous knowing/imagining what they have done with the girl before - I would trust her not to go off with them. Also, I don't understand their motives behind contacting the girl I'm with every few months or otherwise or I suspect what their motives are.

I cant understand some of your hang ups either??Hell if i was with a girl that had had thressomes id be chuffed,it would leave her more open to having them with me

Just like i put massive amounts of pressure on myself to lay a certain girl,you seem to be doing that with all these double standards,that to me seem excessive.
I mean do you have time to enjoy hanging with girl whilst your constantly worrying about this stuff all the time??

Agreed.

It's going to be difficult adjusting your mindset, but you need to do it man. The past shouldn't matter that much, the girl is with you in the present so focus on that!!

Answered your own question. However if I found a girl has been involved in a gang bang with a german football team i think I would have second thoughts. Define the standard you ware willing to accept and stick with it

Sometimes they just want to be friends. Why should you worry if you trust your girl implicitly not to go off with them? what is there to worry about?
if you make her happy then she wil not cheat
