It feels similar to how I felt after I ended a 4 year relationship, although that was over 2 years ago and I'm over it.... Although this ex is regularly out in the same clubs and I'm supposedly her friend, she's pretty much a 10, size 8 dd ,breasts dark hair and green eyes. I think I compare every woman to her!

Thought something was deeper was going on from the behaviour you described. Everyone's carrying round some shit from their past mate, all you can do is give it time and keep gaming until you get out of your own way again. From a practical standpoint, you don't want the constant reminders, switch up your venues, widen your social circle, do new things, it'll all help.
