I would have never thought of being so direct and it seems interesting but I do have some ethical issues. There's a difference between being direct and being rude.
It might be ok to forget about the routine as you say but i do have problems with being disrespectful with a woman and even more with a good friend.

And about the alcohol, i wouldnt be capable of getting a girl wasted just to fuck her. I cant do that cause i wouldn't accept it and it is something close to rape.

Have the goal of having sex with her as an explicit one. Not in the sense that you tell her spontaneously, but that you're not hiding your intentions. This is, after all, the purpose of your pursuit even with the routine. The difference is that with the routine, your objective is to hide your intentions with the guise of an innocent massage. Authentically you wouldn't feel the need to mislead or hide your intentions and could progress to having sex with her via the moment and without the need for premeditation. I don't think people are advising you to tell her that you're having sex or be crass at an inopportune moment in order to prove your masculinity and woo her to the bedroom.

As far as your actual plan goes .... there are just far too many variables in what can happen. Keep it simple, aim to isolate her at some point.
