Well the girl is more likely to fuck you when you say "look, when are we going upstairs to have sex?" rather than formulating a plan to get yourself and her in a room together, for you to then massage her and whip her clothes off.
Girls like it rude. If she thinks you're both good friends, why would she even think about having sex, unless you put that idea in her head by telling her.
