Ok so I started a new job recently, last weekend we had our xmas party and I ended up kissing one of the girls from the office.
Now I work on her team and fully intended something to happen there so I had laid the ground work, got IOI's, phone number etc. before the party. I'm not new to this by any means

Back at work I mention it in conversation and she kind of plays like she doesn't want to talk about it, not negatively just seems kind of shy about it.

So I continue gaming her, office email, phone calls etc. which goes ok but not great

I tried getting a text convo going after hours but to no avail. She simply doesn't reply, we work closely together which is preventing me from doing a freeze out but I sense there is something else I could try.

Any ideas?

I also have a gf and I'm gaming a 3rd girl successfully but I want to keep the image of being single with this girl.

Lol, its not as bad as the fist.. Its just an RSD term for a friendly grab, either arm round the shoulder and give her a squeeze, OR grab her wrist to change her walking direction and pull her towards you. Usually hold for as long as you can comfortably get away with whilst continuing to talk. Conveys dominance in a friendly way and they dont seem to mind it at all. A sidenote - if you do the arm around her claw, they seem to prefer a hand gripping the top of their arm to a hand on top of the far shoulder. A hand holding on the top of the shoulder creeps them out as it would me as well.

I've never seen the JFGI acronym b4 so everyone's learnin', tried to mix in some personal experience to make it less boring.

I know it appears selfish to have my cake and eat it so to speak, but it's a new realtionship and I don't see it lasting, we aren't as compatiable as initally thought.

So I will be sinlge again in a week or so.

No-one at work knows I have a gf, so I don't think that's a possibility regards the flaking.

I'm gonna try a freeze out, minimise small talk and banter at work, if she re-engages then so will I.
My gut tells me she's the type who doesn't want to be seen as being with a guy from work, could be wrong but I'll you posted!

Keep the advice coming, I'm not new to this but this is the first time I've had this problem, I'm usually able to get a solid text convo going and take it from there to a date.

The situation is very malluable, lots of girls initially have resistance due to belief. 'I;m only twenty, you are 27' 'I dont date skinny guys' A confident approach will turn this into 'I never used to want to date some1 from work BUT this just happened'. Make sure ur freeze out is not just giving up. only do it for a few days.
