I know it appears selfish to have my cake and eat it so to speak, but it's a new realtionship and I don't see it lasting, we aren't as compatiable as initally thought.

So I will be sinlge again in a week or so.

No-one at work knows I have a gf, so I don't think that's a possibility regards the flaking.

I'm gonna try a freeze out, minimise small talk and banter at work, if she re-engages then so will I.
My gut tells me she's the type who doesn't want to be seen as being with a guy from work, could be wrong but I'll you posted!

Keep the advice coming, I'm not new to this but this is the first time I've had this problem, I'm usually able to get a solid text convo going and take it from there to a date.
This has me stumped!
