Lol, its not as bad as the fist.. Its just an RSD term for a friendly grab, either arm round the shoulder and give her a squeeze, OR grab her wrist to change her walking direction and pull her towards you. Usually hold for as long as you can comfortably get away with whilst continuing to talk. Conveys dominance in a friendly way and they dont seem to mind it at all. A sidenote - if you do the arm around her claw, they seem to prefer a hand gripping the top of their arm to a hand on top of the far shoulder. A hand holding on the top of the shoulder creeps them out as it would me as well.
