That can be done by anyone. Confidence is the key. The more you step out of your initial comfort zone, the more experience you will have and more confident you'll become.
You dont need to be 'that guy' - that guy who dictates the night club, that guy who has an abundance of girls, etc.. The first point of call is to be realistic; you haven't got a genie friend who can change you to be exactly 'that guy' so theres no point in setting an unobtainable bench mark. Everyone has the potential to do and be better, some of the time they even exceed their own expectations. I believe that comes from within; self improvement. Work on a varied amount of characteristics/traits/etc.. and change them to what you believe is the very best that you want to achieve. The knock on effect from doing this is far greater than just working solely in 1 area.
For example, Im not into walking upto a girl and being like "you're rad youu". I could, easily but this is not really something I want to persue. However, me simply working on other areas of my life has had a knock on effect that has actually helped me to become better at day game/yad stops.
No point in working on only 1 area; picking up girls (or whatever) if you haven't already got your shit together.
