the closer you get to your genetic potential the more difficult it will be to carry on growing muscle.
your genes control your endocrine system and therfore your hormones -- so if you choose to use steroids it helps you override that.

some people have greater potential to build muscle than others, but no matter what you do the fact is, if you dont eat correctly and train correctly you wont go far.

yes you do need more recuperation the bigger you get - i find at most i can train 1 muscle once per week as it takes me 7 days to recover

best thing i ever learned was diet is 85% of muscle building

Yes i would agree when training at a siege mentality and think fuck this weight i will lift it and think like a warrior!

When i used to do heavy squating sometimes it would take me 10 days to recover i would want to train but there was fatigue in my body so i knew it would be counter productive to train when in this state.

But now ive read books on training and nutrution which i agree is hugely important for body building now im eating more nuts oats and legune beans which has made me trainand recover far better then before when i uesed to eat tuna and egg whites which give the most evil farts ever lol. also im eating offal as its cheap and pure 100 protein i know its not been processed.

Cant beat liver and some heart ive been doing the deadlift that is some bull busting excersise its hits the whole body i used to deadlift 480ilbs and squat 444ilbs and bench 235lbs i want to bench 300lbs i know with the core escersises i will get very strong.

Fair play, if you want to get on the steroids yeh they'll help lol. Be careful what you use though. I had a scare awhile back with a supplement that wasn't even hardcore like steroids, but some pretty nasty sides hit me (pissing blood for instance). I'd recommend only using ones which have been around years that you can find a lot of logs / feedback on.

if your taking sus or plowing creatine to load ur muscle with water... fair enuf

but if your using a testosterone aimed at increasing strength & repair... and working your ass off, you build muscle... therefore even when you come off the sted, your body remembers that level of growth and you can get back there without.

sted!! is a loose term, it depends what your takin..

do some fuckin research before u voice an opinion


ps. carmada, if you have this super duper way to grow thats better than steds... your pretty good at keepin it a secret coz u look like a gust of wind would give u a free trip to france

I believe he's referring to the testosterone crash. Once you introduce testosterone from a foreign source your body stops producing same as if you take heroin your body stops making natural pain killer.

So when you stop your body has very little or no testosterone so for about a month or so you become like a transvestite on oestrogen gaining fat losing muscle and growing boobs. similar to the pain experienced by heroin addicts on cold turkey.

creatine is a nutrient. steroids are a drug/hormone there's a big difference. I would steer clear of steroids but if you must. I think it all depends how much you want it . I don't want it that bad, but my genes are pretty good anyways so I'm not bothered about steds. Plus I it's the feeling of accomplishment more than anything I love and steds would take that away from me.

Im making great gains and without steroids if i was taking them i bet that i would be seroiusly muscular in my view what ive read about steroids is very negative more detail later.

Aslo liver damage it swinks your cock makes you impotent and looking at your pics you know were near my level and im doing it clean well just voiceng my views and hell i wont be reactive im to damn cool for school .

I know a guy who was bang into the gym, he was in good shape but could have looked amazin....


he wouldnt take steroids due to health risks.... however

he spent every weekend for 6 years on E's, Coke, Ket, Speed & drink

people talkin about health risks yet still binge drink... i dont really drink much, i think its bad 4 u! there are health risks in everythin.. as long as your carefull & are aware of the risks does it really matter
