so my chest has finaly started to show!!! was begining to make me rage.
Off the juice now, have been for about 3 weeks. want more traps, bit more arms & rear delts and im done! then ill be ready to strip down.

for the traps do the behind neck press and pull down and the up right row. for the rear delts there's nothing better than (I don't know what it's called) the oposite of dumbell fly for pecks
