STORY:

i used to be a proper dickhead, anytime sumone looked at me funny id go mad...

fightin all the time... BAD PATH

one day i was gloatin about smashin sumones head in to some older fella like i was cool... when he looked at me and said...

"oh" then looked at me like UR A NOB

and at that point realised NOBODY CARES ABOUT HOW BIG OR HARD U ARE.

ive had many moments like that... be nice if u had one today

Fair point thanks for the honest post and yep i reated im guilty but you may learn as well dont antaganise.

I will chill out im genrally very chilled most of the time.

roids will help you grow more but there are risks involved.

I prefer staying off the roids cos I want to maintain the natural equilibrium. I train on an h.i.t routine and am getting adequate results. I could get more if I did roids but I'm not that bothered plus the gains I do get will be longer lasting.

the reason for that inconsistency was as i mentioned... i have lost nearly a stone in ibiza and the hangover..... and lost loads of strength...

and as for gains lasting longer.... i dont think any of u guys know about muscle growth. its to do with the density of ur muscle now how it was gained. the quick loss of size after steroids tends to be a, water retention

and b, huge drop in testosterone.. which is why u use PCT

ur muscle gains are in ur muscle memory sarco & myo hypertophy.

based on what your working for will depend on your maintenance

i havent other than the game... ive listened to a cd from mystery method which i stoped after a cd...

ive listend to 66 laws of attraction(which is really good) thats abar it i think... most of what i read is for life & sales.

ive also be pointed in the direction of certain material over my time by people mentioning it. im not opposed to it, i just cant be assed studying women.

i dont know what this sudden urge to try and nail inconsistencies on me is... but be my guest... go search to ur hearts content. ive said the same before.

people just have a habbit of putting words in ur mouth

oh and i watched annihilation method dvd too
