Management - have you read the book Chimp Paradox? Pretty good for dealing with people and understanding them.

Yeah I've got dualingo and world lens, pretty sweet apps to be fair.
I've got a few books on management lined up and I want to get into the habit of evening reading rather than spending my entire evening on the pc and then not being able to sleep properly, I'll give that one a look cheers man.

Went to a rock night on Saturday at Rebellion bar, started talking to some girls by the dance floor, nothing special but I was just trying to loosen up, I got what was probably my most spectacular blow out, one girl goes "Yeah, try losing the Bieber hair cut". Completely fucks up my night.

LOL! You just surely got to laugh at that - that's pretty awesome I think!

The only thing I could do! I was just left open mouthed astonished, couldn't think of anything to say in response so just laughed and walked off.

"I can see why you were alone on Valentine's day then". Perfect.

Or "Are you always this rude or just when you're in front of someone you like?". If you're getting blown out make sure its on your terms not theirs.

"your belly really sticks out in that dress", you got to attack their self-esteem. I could go on.
