This is true, but I haven't been training hard lately. Haven't done cardio in like 2 weeks..
Its psychological and its spiralling downwards, when it comes to sex, now this unfortunate event has happened, just one thought of "what if I don't stay up" is enough to fuck it all up good and truly from there..
