there is a simple exercise you can do and no need for meds... every time you go for a piss: start, then stop and hold for a count of 10, then strat again, then stop and hold for a count of 10. Do that three times each time you go for a wee. A few times a day and after a week or two you will see a massive improvement... you'r errection will get harder and you will controll when you come..
