Now, am I being played here? Or is it likely she has just been hurt in the past and wants to distance herself (she said she's not wanting anything serious, and it's the same with me)? I could do the same to her, but what's the point in these silly games? We've seen each other naked already and should be adults about this.

Thinking about quitting the nice small talk, and just saying "Why do you take so long to reply? There's no need, neither of us want anything serious. I got the impression she was leaving it a day between texts intentionally, like literally wouldn't text twice on the same day? Seemed a bit odd, like she was playing games.

I don't think taking a day to reply is particularly long mate. Get yourself some more numbers so you don't need to worry so much about it so much.
