the guys who are losing weight despite only one cardio session a week and eating what they want are usually on a ton of juice and stack eca like a bag of m&m's so there losing weight just by getting out of bed. Shame that their heart rate is 3 x faster than it should be and their metabolism is so overrevved that it will be burnt out to fuck by the time their 40!
But lets assume they are not doing any drugs at all-- in that case its all just about individual metabolisms, natural growth hormone/testosterone etc-- everyones different.
It WILL catch up with them though
when you hit 25 and upwards your natural production or homrones starts to tail off all the way til 70+ where its feck all
at 34 i am now noticing a big difference between how i look - having exercised and eaten healthy my entire life and people i knew who were party boys and have bad diets -even if at the time they got away with it.
Fuck what everyone else is doing, be healthy and look good for yourself

I'm 20, 21 in July, and feel like my metabolism is just rock bottom. I'm sorting out my diet though.
I want that kind of body as shown in the pics, for myself, so I can feel AWESOME when I'm round a pool on holiday. I used to be really slim 2 years ago, with a 6 pack starting to show, but then after a bad breakup, I had like a year of junk food and drinking etc..
I always used to think it would be easy to lose weight.
So stop fucking wallowing in self pity-- we have heard that story a few times now in other threads-- do somthing the fuck ABOUT IT.
You have been given advice SORT IT OUT!!!!!

Alright, I got a response, it turns out he does a lot more than he told me he did last time!
"Well, where do i start lol ... i used to do swimming first things in the morning, and then weight train in the evenings too ...
But ... i vary my training... from lifting heavy weights ... to light weight with high repitions, to really light weights with low reps but high sets.... i train Chest on a monday... Back on a tuesday... Legs (never neglect legs as they release extra testosterone) Thursday .. a long run .. Shoulders on a Friday .. recover over the weekend.. usually do about an hour each ... "
