Getting a comparable body is actually not that hard, technically speaking. Once you know what you're doing and can get past all the bad advice out there it's not that difficult as long as you follow A,B,C exactly to the letter.

But the trouble is, that has to be the lifestyle you then lead. So no drinking, eating only certain foods, eating every few hours, hitting x number of calories a day exactly, working out every day.

But for me that's not living, I like going out for meals, I like cooking, I like alcohol. So I'm gradually learning to accept the fact. Whilst I can get in very good shape with a fairly normal lifestyle, I'm not willing to make further sacrifices to maintain a constant sub 10% bodyfat.

Actually, you don't even have to follow things 100%. You can happily break eating and drinking rules provided you're doing both enough to compensate. The thing I always struggle with when attempting to increase size is the vast quantity of food that some of these guys eat.

Take one of the CK models I know for example, he eats 3800 calories a day over 8 meals. He drinks alcohol and eats crap at times but the 2 hours 3 days a week he spends in the gym compensate for it entirely.

Yeh for sure, but depends what a 'break' means. A kebab & chips is very tough to compensate for! But yeh, you can get a little bit slack. Vodka & diet coke is not too bad.

At 3800 calories and only 6hrs workout per week I would say that guy is probably on a bulking phase / a big guy / genetically lucky or a combination thereof. As that's about 500kcals over what a 14 stone guy would burnoff.

Yeh you do have to pack away the calories when bulking. I never found that a problem tho myself, but I'm a piggie!!

I'm not entirely sure on how much you can get away with but here's a couple of his mobile uploads to facebook in the last 2 weeks.

That second one was accompanied by

"Big Mac Meal, 1/4 Pounder Meal ,6 Nuggest ,Chicken Mayo + 2 cokes straight after the gym!"

He gets pissed pretty much every weekend as well. The guy's got an incredible body too.

Freak of nature perhaps. =P
