I drink 2-3 drinks when I go out, I enjoy it. But I don't get drunk. I prefer to be in control of my faculties, and also I go out so much that drinking would ruin me financially.

So have a few drinks if you enjoy it, sober is not the be end and be all of PU, but being shit faced is much worse

Ladies and gentlemen, I now consider myself a non drinker.

I always have a couple of bottles at the beggining of the night. This way i can drink the bottle as slow as it takes my friends to drink their pints and they can see me drinking beer while they are sober. After their third pint they neither notice or care what you are drinking. I like the idea of lime and soda somebody mentioned as I hate drinking one fizzy drink after the other.

By the way it's easy to take the high ground once your friends are drunk and acting like idiots. Remember you act the same way when you are drunk. While they are drunk it's also a good opportunity to slip away for a bit of sneaky sarging.

Does anybody think it's a little unfair/immoral if you are not drinking but the girl you are pulling is drunk?

I tried going without and it spoiled my night. I am used to a merry night with much merry making. I suffer a lot of AA with no booze.

However I have had a few good nights recently with only 3 or 4 drinks and I've counted the units and been able to drink and then drive home. I know this works cos one night I was pulled by officer Dibble and I was way under the limt.

For the record (for anyone who doesn't know or want to look it up) give it an hour after finishing your first drink and then count your drinks. One unit wears off per hour. 4 shots is 4 units. 1 hour after finishing the first drink (say11pm) plus 4 hours to get rid of the 4 units means you are safe to drive at 3AM. Don't take my word for it. It is not an exact science and you may fall foul, but to be honest, if you do, by the time you hit the cells and give a blood sample, it would have dropped below the limit anyway cos you only had the 4 drinks. Do your own maths though. I am not an oracle.

By the way I DO NOT condone driving while under the influence in any way. I am writing this assuming you are a seasoned drinker, you can limit you intake, handle your drink, you can watch the clock and count hours -after each drink) and you area responsible sherriff (LOL)

But since I worked this out, I have had a few good nearly-sober nights. Just enough to quench AA, but not enough to be pissed.

Can I recommend you bust your AA totally Johnny? Having AA while sober, will impact your game while drunk as well.
