Nobody has actually given the guy any advice. Here is mine.

I have gotten a HB 9 - 10 in work. She was a jehovas witness.... Ha, so a little neive. But thing is it depends on what you do for work. For instance in a sales office, the girl always wants to fuck THE TOP SELLER, coz girls are NOBS. Ur best bet tho as the guys said is DO NOT PAY HER that type of attention. Because you are in a work environment its everyone will be playing the GET TO KNOW YOU ROUTINE. Because she is new... she will be trying to please EVERYONE... so what u do.... is make it fun i.e. Do a roll play. I would say " hi im phil, im the pen manager, i manage the pens that sort of stuff, big job but ya know someones gotta do it!!! then id play on that all the time, dont talk about you or her.. just have a little roll play between u where everytime she picks up a pen u can say IM WATCHIN YOU(THIS IS ALL TONGUE IN CHEEK WITH A SMILE BY THE WAY, NOT LIKE GREG THE OFFICE CREEP STYLE), i know you sort... anythin random, that was just off my head. the only thing she will remember is the funny roll play. and if it doesnt work SO!!! if it does THEN SOUND.

WARNING: how i get girls is entirely based on my first reaction, if i girl does not get my sence of humour i DONT PROCEED, i have no interest in fucking a girl who doesnt get me so, that advice was based on ME if u dont get it then dont use it. different things work for diff people its only an option

There's no routine involved in getting to know someone, unless of course you aren't actually interested at all in getting to know them and are just trying to get your end away, then it will seem like a routine for both parties.

dude my advice would be to avoid girls at work at all cost , no matter how hot she is. This can only bring you drama and if you value your work then don't even bother. But the other way to go about this would be to let everyone at work try and have a go at her , meanwhile you stay polite and smile politely when you see her , not a big "i am next in line" type of smile , when she becomes familiar with how everyone in the workplace behaves except for you , then you make your moves.

Try seperating you and her by creating a roll play between you... like a you and them scenario.

Whatever colour hair she has say to her... i was hoping they would send me a blonde/ dark haired girl. You have any hot friends with this colour hair... HOOK ME UP, they are the rules, all new girls hook me up with a friend (the opposite of her hair colour to what she has...like a neg)

This way you can arrange to meet her out, when she is with her friends... plus she never things she is the target, u build rapport, BAM add sum little of ur own bits in but that should work
