You could be right that she just is hot for me. Anytime I spoke to her during the night her response was laden with sexual innuendo. e.g. I said something innocent like: "I shouldn't be doing this tonight I've got meetings in the morning and she answered, very sultry like with a horny grin:" I know what we should be doing tonight".
I think it was half in half, the co-worker thing and convenient excuse to cop out. I've probably blown it that time. I should have been getting laid last night shouldn't I.

I get the whole thing with co-workers being around, could you not have isolated or just asked for her number? This thing with theother guy in your office, I guess it depends on how much you want it.
The fact that she's replying to stuff your saying likwe that is her giving you a big hint, sounds like you missed out.
