I know that sounds a bit strange, but I will give you the entirety of my situation if you are willing to read it.

I've been sarging for just over a year. When I first began sarging, I was obviously driven by neediness/validation, etc... I would feel nervous/worried about whether I would close someone that night.

At this point in time I am no longer driven by neediness or anything, my initially beta view of myself has gave way to an alpha personality with all the development I've accumulated, which is reflected in my sarging. I can get laid sort of consistently (i.e. 1/2 girls a month), I'm actually really good with seducing girls over text which usually helps. But ideally, I want to be pulling girls from nights out pretty consistently.

Now here's the problem: I really want to achieve a lot of SNL's and develop myself further, but now that I don't feel needy anymore I am experiencing an extreme lack of motivation. Funnily enough, I get laid more because I am not beta anymore, but there's a massive amount of potential I am not tapping into.

I was motivated by the pain of being a massive chode (like I used to be), but now that I'm obviously not anymore I need to find a way to become motivated by pleasure in order to develop myself.
Don't get me wrong... I do enjoy going out with friends and wings and chatting to people and opening girls, but when I come across windows of opportunity to take things further/escalate harder, and basically just seize oppurtunities in front of me I feel held back by the effort it would take to do that. It's like I'm torn between the pleasure of developing myself further/having even more girls in my life and the pain of effort that I am not willing to expend.

What I'm asking you is this: How do I genuinely enjoy pulling the trigger and taking things steps further with the women I sarge?

I would suggest setting yourself personal goals and challenges. To keep you motivated. Personally ive written myself a tick sheet of things id like to do with women ie a pua bucket list I guess. Every night I don't feel like going out or making any effort I look at it and think tonight could be the night I get to tick one of these bad boys off. If I don't go out and make an effort then ill miss out.
I haven't done this but random retarded challenges could kick you into gear also, something like if you've got some mates doing this also you all pick a lame opener for each one of you and you have to use it all night.Things like this could just keep it fresh and fun for you.

Ahhh, the silly opener game... that doesn't work with me, I just don't like it :P I used to make a list of goals and stuff, but I didn't take them seriously enough... although I do still have my own goals. I'll give it a try again

Goals and reasons for those goals, write em down look at em 3 times a day ingrain those goals in your head. Choose something you think is very hard to get that way you think I have to really push to get to the goal?
Passion as well for me. Im passionate about getting those things ive dreamed about for years and never thought id get!!

Very hard goals? I like it :P especially if you dedicate to them...

I'm thinking like extracting girls/trying to go for the full close is a good one. It's quite hard for me given my circumstances but I've done it before and I'm obviously not afraid... that or trying to nail like 2-3 girls a month. Sounds decent, that's actually the level I want to be at!

I also have a long term goal of banging 100 girls before I quit the game. Know a dude who did it in 4 years, he is a legend!

Ur not motivated coz u have realised somethin. SPending ur life dedicated to getting women is empty. U have the faculty to now do it when u want so just live ur life and get good at other things... in turn ur growth as a person makes u more interesting, and when u finally meet someone, ur not just a 1 diminutional guy who is good at getting girls into bed.

Ur a guy who is good at getting girls into bed, and then who can keep em around coz he is interesting.

I do dedicate to other areas of my life you know! I just wanna work on this area of my life as well...

I'm not actually great with women, I'm no way near that point yet. I would rather get to 100 lays and become very experienced, AND dedicate to the rest of the areas of my life

Quitting the game is not an option for me.
