Not really. People now watch tv, shop and socialize online. It's only creepy in your mind.

Sure stalking girls and obsessing over them is creepy but using it to meet people isn't sinister.

With that in mind I think it is weird to lead an addictive purely online life but everything should be done in moderation.

Online socialising/dating breeds social laziness. Like tv, it's detrimental to actual real world socialising. Like Facebook, this forum, etc, etc. it's all an illusion... until you meet those people face to face.

I'm actually talking about the bigger picture here. It pisses me off that people think it's acceptable to conduct finding 'love' through online means. It disappoints me to see it happening all around me. Where's the romance, where's the danger, and where's the fucking fun in it?!

It sure is this generation's big thing. That doesn't make it 'ok' and somehow progressive. TV and computer games were the last generations big thing, and look what happened... people spending all their free time sat indoors watching crap. Fuck being one of the sheep.
